1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Every order from El Corral Animal Shop Inc is handled with care and attention.

Order Processing Time:
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Peak Seasons (Holidays / New Year):
Processing times may extend to 5 business days during high-volume periods.

Shipping Fee:
We offer a flat shipping fee of $5.99 on all orders, regardless of the destination.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Since many of our products are fulfilled by global partners, delivery times may vary based on location.

Canada / UK / Australia 11 – 16 Business Days
Rest of the World 15 – 20 Business Days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to be updated after the shipping label is created.

  • If tracking updates are delayed, your package is still on its way.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, we use DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping.

This means:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • El Corral Animal Shop Inc is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • While customs fees are rare for pet products, they vary by country.


5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We aim to process your order quickly for timely delivery. If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@virtivexa.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 72 hours of receiving it, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Lost in Transit:
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
