1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as when received

  • Unused, unworn, and with original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and offer a solution.


4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, or flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

To quickly receive a replacement item, we recommend the following:

  • Return the original item

  • Once accepted, place a new order for the item you wish to receive


6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no justification required.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right supersedes our standard 30-day return policy.


7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at service@virtivexa.com.
